After 29 years of enjoyment, we have decided to sell our recreational property.  This is a 3000 sq. ft. lodge, a 5 acre lake, and a stream on 140 acres.  It is located about 20 miles south of Gunnison, Colorado on South Beaver Creek.  The lodge which will sleep 30 people, has been used primarily for hunting, fishing, and family vacations.  This is not resort property with crowds of people.  It is property that is remote, private, isolated, yet very unique because it is only 20 miles to civilization.  It has provided us with years of pleasure.  Now it is time to let others enjoy.

HUNTING
